- PROJECT DESCRIPTION Roca de Cabra is a cheese dairy located in the Sierra de los Cameros in La Rioja. In addition to reviving the production of goat farming and cheese in the area, it is 100% energy self-sufficient, using wind, solar energy, and rainwater to manage all the needs of the herd and the production of their products. They produce different cheeses and yogurts exclusively with the milk from their own goats, placing a strong emphasis on local sales and fostering sustainability and rural development.
