Their organic olive oil comes from age-old groves cultivated in symbiosis with the environment, where fauna and vegetation play a crucial role in maintaining the olive grove's health. Their Arbequina variety oil has made its way into several Michelin-starred restaurants, and they are currently working on an oil interpretation center to showcase this forgotten treasure of Alcarria to the public.
