The Páramo de Corcos is the most surprising and at the same time unknown region of Ribera. A plain of ten thousand hectares located between the Burgos towns of Fuentemolinos and Moradillo de Roa, in which only the most expert hands know how to work the land in extreme conditions throughout the year.
